Apple Man Productions is teaming up with Noah Lambert of Cross Aerial Photography for drone cinematography on A Year and a Day. Noah, who builds drones and operates them for real estate work, will be working closely with director of photography David Besh to create breathtaking shots for the medieval drama.
Noah has two different cinema-grade drones that work complimentary to one another: the DJI Mavic Pro and the DJI Phantom 4 Pro. Noah has already begun a great working relationship with the crew of the film, including producer Michael Houston, camera assistant Elias Delvasto, and wirter and director Connor Rentz.
You can visit Noah Lambert's business, Cross Aerial Photography, on their Facebook page.
A Year and a Day is slated to begin principal photography later later this year and release in January 2018. It is written and directed by Connor Rentz with producers Michael Houston and Alex Smith, director of photography David Besh, camera assistant Elias Delvasto, drone cinematographer and operator Noah Lambert, costume designer Conner J. Kirsch, hair and make-up artist Kat Delghingaro, and behind-the-scenes videographer and photographer Bailey Tingle. We are currently running and Indiegogo campaign to help raise funds for the film.
